Maverick Reporting (hereinafter "the Service") is a B2B social media reporting platform operated by Maverick SAS, a company registered in France. We provide tools for marketing agencies to generate consolidated performance reports for their clients across various social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other supported networks).
Use of our services is restricted to professional marketing agencies and their authorized end clients. Users must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity.
By connecting a social media account through our platform, users grant Maverick SAS read-only access to specific data via official APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Business API, LinkedIn Marketing API, etc.). Authorization is obtained via official OAuth flows and can be revoked at any time through the relevant platform's settings.
Data retrieved via authorized social media APIs is used exclusively to generate performance reports for the agency and its clients. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All content displayed in reports (videos, captions, images, post content) remains the property of the original creators and platforms. Maverick SAS does not claim ownership over any third-party content. The Maverick Reporting platform itself, its code, design, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Maverick.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice when possible. Service interruptions caused by third-party API outages (Meta, TikTok, etc.) are beyond our control.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us. Maverick SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment of services.
Maverick SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages, data delays, content moderation decisions made by social media platforms, or interruptions in the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service over the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
